KELLY PRICE (SHE/HER), STUDENT INTERN

Hi, I’m Kelly (she/Her)!

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and considering me as your therapist. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and the relationship we build together is essential in helping you feel seen, understood, and supported.

I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from experiential and humanistic interventions, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, existential and Gestalt therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. My work is trauma-informed and considers the biopsychosocial factors that shape your well-being. I aim to create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with curiosity and self-compassion.

In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified yoga teacher trained in breathwork and meditation, and I incorporate these mind-body practices into therapy when helpful. I am here to support you in reconnecting with yourself and what truly matters to you.

I am currently an intern therapist completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My background includes experience in the non-profit sector, providing individual and group support to adults grieving the loss of a loved one. Before pursuing a career in therapy, I worked in public relations, where I developed a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling, human connection, and meaning-making - an understanding that continues to shape my work as a therapist.

If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to getting to know you!
