Simply put, confidentiality at Exhale Therapy means that the information you share during your session stays between you and your therapist.
The only thing that takes precedence over confidentiality is safety. There are four limits to confidentiality where your counsellor is legally (and ethically) obligated to report to the appropriate authorities:
Spring 2026 · In-Person Grief Therapy Group
A small, therapist-led group for adults carrying loss. Structured enough to feel safe and open enough to feel real. You don't have to hold this alone.
$75 per session. Often reimbursed through extended health benefits.
Facilitated by Sara Brooks, Registered Psychotherapist.
A brief intake call is required to ensure fit and group safety.
