Hosted by Sara Brooks, RP, this experiential workshop offers emotion-focused and narrative-based tools to help you better understand your grief and the many ways it can show up, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.

Through guided reflection, gentle discussion, and practical coping strategies, participants will:

  • Explore the impact of loss on the body and mind

  • Challenge common grief myths

  • Begin making sense of personal experiences with greater self-compassion and clarity

This workshop is intended for individuals at any stage of the grieving process who want to understand their reactions, feel less alone, and build a foundation for healing.
