This experiential workshop offers practical tools rooted in CBT-I, ACT, and mindfulness to help you unwind, quiet your mind, and improve your sleep.
Through breathwork, reflection, and guided strategies, you’ll explore the deeper causes of restlessness, like stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation, and build a more supportive nighttime routine.
This workshop is intended for adults experiencing common sleep disruptions and is not designed for those currently managing acute psychiatric symptoms.
