Hi, I’m Alyssa!
I am a therapist with a Master of Psychology Degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Adler Professional Graduate School. I completed my undergraduate degree in Research Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University and have lived in Kitchener-Waterloo for the majority of my life.
I chose the profession of psychology to empower others to let go of the shame associated with mental illness while providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to overcome challenges they may be faced with. Human resilience is the most inspiring part of this career and I see it every single day in the clients I work with.

Hi, I’m Daniel!
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) with a lifelong passion for working in the field of mental health. I have worked in a variety of environments including schools, hospitals, non-profit agencies, and clinical settings.
I am a strong believer in evidence-based practices; as a result I have received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and primarily utilize this approach with clients. I recognize that everyone has their own goals in therapy; my role is to help you explore what those goals are and work collaboratively towards achieving them. I often draw on other modalities in order to meet the specific needs of my clients.
